BUILDING AND/OR MAINTENANCE PHASES
ADVANCED FORMULA OF HIGH PURITY CREATINE MONOHYDRATE.
INCREASES STRENGTH, POTENCY, MUSCLE MASS AND FATIGUE RESISTANCE.
CARBOHYDRATES | MINERALS | AMINO ACIDS
Creatine monohydrate (CM) is suitable for any sport in which the use of maximum or sub-maximum power is required at lower intensity intervals. Also in sports with more aerobic endurance, as it helps to delay the onset of fatigue due to its lactate buffering effect.
BENEFITS
- Increases strength and muscle mass.
- Increases power.
- Better absorption, bioavailability and digestibility.
- Improves fatigue resistance.
PROVIDES
- Creatine monohydrate. Each creaplus service provides 7 g cm of high purity.
- High glycemic index carbohydrates stimulates the emission of insulin, storing more creatine in the muscles.
- Chromium chloride stabilizes and improves the effectiveness of insulin.
- Phosphates increase the formation of muscle. Phosphocreatine and the availability of phosphate for oxidative phosphorylation, increasing anaerobic performance.
- Taurine and magnesium. So that magnesium ion is available to stabilize energetic phosphate compounds (atp and pc) in muscle.
- Glycine. Improves the ph at digestive level avoiding excessive acidification and possible conversion of creatine to creatinine, thereby improving the absorption and tolerance of the product.
SCIENTIFIC STUDY
RECOMMENDED PRODUCT BY THE CAR:
POWERGYM PARTICIPATED IN A SCIENTIFIC STUDY ON CREATINE WITH BODYBUILDING ATHLETES CARRIED OUT BY THE C.A.R. HIGH PERFORMANCE CENTRE IN BARCELONA, WHERE ITS EFFECTIVENESS AND GUIDELINES FOR INCREASING PERFORMANCE WERE VERIFIED.
