HIGH POTENCY GEL, WITH REFRESHING EFFECT
• High potency gel
• With vitamins B, B2, B6 and C.
• With Magnesium.
• With refreshing effect.
In order to maintain any physical activity, the body needs energy. The glycogen energy deposits are progressively depleted during exercise. After one hour, it is advisable to take a supplement of carbohydrates in order to maintain intensity and extend the period of exercise. Athletes are advised to ingest between 40 and 60 grs of carbohydrates per hour, depending on weight, as well as the essential hydration
The new Turbogel is formulated using several different sources of carbohydrates, but basically partially hydrolysed starches, which present a lower osmolarity when dissolved, thus making the product easier to absorb and avoiding gastrointestinal discomfort.
Turbogel also has an innovative effect, which is exclusive to this gel, the refreshing effect, an effect which becomes evident within only a few seconds of taking it and which gives a pleasant sensation of freshness and which clears the nose when most needed during exercise.
It boasts a practical, easy to open container, which can be comfortably carried and consumed anywhere and at any time during exercise. The gel is quickly deposited in the mouth by simply pressing the container with one hand.
Turbogel also presents a formula enriched in nutrients with the following effects:
-Magnesium; Basic mineral in energetic processes to obtain energy and maintain the correct function of muscular contraction.
-Vitamins B1 and B2 both of which contribute to normal metabolic energy and vitamin B6, which helps to diminish fatigue and tiredness.
-Vitamin C; Improves iron absorption and contributes to the correct performance of the immune system during exercise.

Can Turbogel be taken without water?
All gels, even those that are little more diluted with water, have a concentration of carbohydrates that is too high to be absorbed correctly by the intestine. Therefore, TURBOGEL should always be taken with 300ml or 330ml of water and separated from electrolytic drinks like ISOPOWER, you should leave a period of 20 min. after your last intake of ISOPOWER before being able to ingest ISOPOWER GEL.
In competition, a good strategy is to take ISOPOWER GEL just before the provisioning point where you take on board the 300ml of water.
Can I take more than one Turbogel at the same time with water?
Yes, to a maximum of two, but then you’d need to take them with 600ml of water to maintain the correct solution and therefore absorption.
Yes, without any difficulty. You can combine it with both these sports supplements. The only thing you need to take into account is not to go past the caffeine limit of 200mg per dose, so you can take a Powerbomb 45 minutes before training or competition along with an Energyplus and the turbogels starting at the same time as the exercise switching between with and without caffeine. In this way sufficient caffeine concentrations are maintained to effect performance but without the over-stimulation which brings with it a deterioration in muscle elasticity and an increase in diuresis.
What is the difference between Isopower Gel and Turbogel?
One of the differences is in the size and format of the products. Turbogel is smaller and therefore closer to the ideal for runners because the small space it occupies is more practical to carry in a pocket of your clothing, but it is also used by cyclists and triathletes as well as swimmers. Being small, dosification is also distinct, with Isopower Gel two gels are taken and with Turbogel 3 are taken per hour.
On the other hand, Turbogel contains Magnesium as well as vitamins B1, B2, B6 and C and is the only gel on the market with a refreshing effect, which opens up the nasal pathways and refreshes the mouth when it is most needed.
