MAXIMUM HYDRATION - NO SUGAR
HYPOTONIC DRINK
HYDROTONIC ZERO is a hypotonic drink formulated without sugar to replace the electrolytes we lose during exercise, achieving optimal hydration and performance.
HYDROTONIC ZERO replenishes the loss of electrolytes without adding sugars or calories, and has a refreshing lemon flavour.
It is formulated specifically to obtain optimal hydration before-during and after exercise:
- Replacing our reserves of mineral salts before.
- And during a competition and helping us to recover after physical exercise.
When doing sports, whether training or in competition, there is an extra expenditure of mineral salts due to the numerous metabolic reactions, muscle contraction and loss through sweating that take place. Correct hydration and replacement of electrolytes will be crucial to obtain optimum performance, concentration, reflexes and subsequent recovery.
Following a correct diet and healthy lifestyle habits are necessary for your body and mind to perform at their best. ELECTROLYTES (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus) are essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system, however, they decrease with physical and mental activity and must be replaced because water alons is not enough.
