Food supplement based on probiotics indicated in cases of mild depression or anxiety, depression, confusion, or psychic fatigue, facilitating the management of stress.

It contains tryptophan and probiotics carefully selected to play an essential role in the metabolism of serotonin and therefore help to regulate mood and humor.

This product provides all the necessary components that our organism employs in a natural way for the correct synthesis of serotonin and a selection of probiotics that favour both this process and our general well-being. In this way, it manages to improve mood and reduce depressive symptoms without side effects.

The selected probiotic species have improved mood and decreased depressive and anxiety symptoms in normal, stressed, or depressed subjects in numerous clinical studies. These probiotics increase the availability of tryptophan for the brain biosynthesis of serotonin, have antioxidant properties and improve many of the symptoms associated with depression such as stress, immune and inflammatory responses.

Vitamin B6 is necessary for the synthesis of serotonin from tryptophan. Without it, this synthesis does not take place.

  • It helps to maintain positive mood and good cognitive function (Melissa plant).
  • It helps to maintain relaxation and mental and physical well-being (Melissa plant).
  • It helps to reduce fatigue and tiredness (Vitamin B6).
