How do I distribute and use sports supplements? Very easy. Keep reading to find out how to get the most out of this pack specially designed to enjoy your bike route, obtaining the maximum performance and the best possible recovery, and mainly, to avoid getting hit during the bike route.

BEFORE THE ROUTE BY BIKE:

We advise you to take ENERGYPLUS, POWERBOMB and ISOPOWER, 45 minutes before departure.

• ENERGY PLUS with 500-600 ml of water, provides energy, helps to recharge your glycogen stores to the maximum.
• POWERBOMB activates all your energy systems to produce energy, especially to obtain energy from fats and safeguard glycogen, which is what you will miss the most in the last kilometers. Improves performance and concentration.
• ISOPOWER ORANGE or LEMON, which will help us maintain the level of resistance in prolonged exercises, such as a 50 km bike route.

Hydration and energy (carbohydrates) are two of the most important limiting factors for performance in long bike routes.

DURING THE ROUTE:

What do you need? Hydration, energy supply and prevention of muscle cramps.

• We advise you to combine the gels (their two formats), at the request of each one. But an example would be to take ISOPOWER GEL LEMON WITH CAFFEINE and TURBOGEL COLA CAFFEINE in the first kilometers of the route, to avoid fatigue or greater exhaustion. Halfway through the route we will opt for ISOPOWER GEL ORANGE or TURBOGEL LIMALIMON, which will quickly provide us with a carbohydrate load. A detail of the TURBOGEL is its refreshing characteristic that will help us breathe better when we have a slope on the route, facilitating breathing.
• During the route, you can also use an extra energy in the form of a gummy, with ENERGUYMMY BAR, both flavors are advisable, being the choice of each runner.
• On the bike we will carry the 750 ML POWERGYM BLACK BOTTLE, where we will have previously put ISOPOWER ORANGE or LEMON, to take it along the route. This isotonic drink will help us maintain the level of resistance in prolonged exercises, such as a 50 km bike route. This sports supplement is a drink with electrolytes and other nutrients, which helps to hydrate, recovering the lost water and especially sodium and potassium, thus increasing performance also due to its contribution of carbohydrates and antioxidants.

AT THE END OF THE ROUTE:

Very important for your energy and muscle recovery is taking it as soon as possible when you finish an envelope of RECOPLUS CHOCOLATE in 500-600 ml of water, the next morning you will appreciate it.

Remember to continue eating as soon as you are a little hungry when you are done, including food with salt and drink water.
