From choline, phosphatidylcholine is synthesized, an important component of cell and mitochondrial membranes that regulates lipid and glucose metabolism in the mitochondria.

Another component of LIPOTROPICO is inositol, which improves lipid metabolism, preventing their accumulation in the liver and promoting their utilization. Additionally, its intake is beneficial for reducing levels of triglycerides and total and LDL cholesterol without affecting HDL cholesterol levels. Chromium content complements these actions, as it is involved in regulating carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, as well as increasing lean body mass and decreasing body fat percentage.
