POWERMASS is a food for athletes based on healthy ingredients specially designed to improve our performance, increase our endurance and increase our muscle mass during sport.

Enriched with 400 mg of L-Glutamine and 400 mg of MCT (medium chain triglycerides) per daily dose.

WHAT BENEFITS DOES IT PROVIDE?

    1. Muscle regeneration -High protein purity

The main function of proteins is muscle recovery from small fibrillar breaks that occur during exercise through the repair and creation of new cells.

Whey protein isolate is a protein with high bioavailability, high biological value and rich in branched-chain amino acids (BCAA'S) that promotes muscle regeneration, thus helping to reduce fatigue and increase muscle mass. 

It also contains L-Glutamine, an active ingredient that delays fatigue due to its anti-catabolic function, allowing the muscle not to lose power, and contributes to preventing inflammation and speeding up muscle recovery by stimulating protein synthesis.

    2. Increased performance

Fructose and medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are a rapidly bioavailable source of energy, allowing us to increase our performance during sport. MCTs also facilitate the utilisation of fats as an energy source, improving endurance and promoting fat loss.

    3. Supply of essential micronutrients

The vitamins and minerals it provides are essential micronutrients for all physiological functions of our body, including some of great importance for sports such as energy production, red blood cell formation, proper functioning of the immune system, muscle recovery after exercise and muscle function.

WHEN AND HOW TO TAKE IT?

POWERMASS shake should be taken during and after activity for optimal results. 

Dissolve 40g (1 scoop) in 300ml of water or milk, twice a day. 

As this product has a dense and creamy texture, the use of a specialised shaker is recommended to enjoy a delicious shake.
