SALTS

SALTS is a food supplement (mineral salts) formulated with sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and vitamins D and B6, specially formulated to reduce fatigue and delay its onset.

Its primary objective is to replenish the loss of electrolytes during exercise and thus prevent dehydration.

WHAT BENEFITS DOES IT PROVIDE?

    1. Electrolyte Replenishment

Sweating during sport is a fundamental mechanism for regulating body temperature and preventing it from rising, which can lead to dehydration, muscle weakness, dizziness, cramps or lack of coordination, among other effects. The negative consequence of sweating is the loss of both water and electrolytes, which accelerates the onset of fatigue. SALTS capsules contain the main electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium) that help replenish normal levels of these beneficial minerals (electrolyte balance).

    2. Helps to reduce fatigue

Throughout physical activity, energy levels decrease. To maintain energy levels and provide increased performance, SALTS contains vitamin B6, which helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

It also contains four of the body's most important electrolytes, including magnesium, which is required for normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

    3. Post-exercise muscle recovery

During exercise and due to factors, such as muscle tension, hormones, etc., muscle fibres break down and energy reserves are depleted. SALTS includes vitamin B6, involved in amino acid metabolism and protein synthesis, functions necessary for muscle recovery after exercise. It also contains vitamin D, essential for bone health and normal muscle function.

WHEN AND HOW TO TAKE IT?

SALTS capsules should be taken during activity to ensure continuous action.

The capsules can be taken in two different ways:

• Take 2 capsules twice a day with a glass of water. 
• During physical exercise, take one capsule every hour up to a maximum of 4 capsules.
