During intense exercise, muscle damage occurs and needs to be repaired. Moreover, the first amino acids to be degraded during muscular effort are precisely the branched-chain amino acids (Leucine, Valine and Isoleucine). POWER BCAA's provides these amino acids in an 8:1:1 ratio which helps to stimulate protein synthesis and reduce muscle damage. 

    2. Improved muscle performance

POWER BCAA's contains Taurine which is the second most abundant amino acid in muscle and is involved in the excitation-contraction mechanism of skeletal muscle and improves the transmission of the electrical signal to the muscle fibres. This ensures optimal muscle performance. In addition, its consumption is associated with a reduction in muscle injury during physical activity. 

In addition, POWER BCAA's is enriched with active ingredients related to muscle health, such as Magnesium, which contributes to the proper functioning of muscle contraction and relaxation and to the improvement of muscle mass. 

Finally, the addition of Vitamins C, E and B6 helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

WHEN AND HOW TO TAKE IT?

POWER BCAA's should be taken after the activity for optimal recovery.

Take 1 dispenser and immediately mix in the mouth with a sip of water so that it dissolves more easily. Repeat the same action for the second dispenser. Take 15 minutes after training.
