During physical exercise and due to factors, such as muscle tension, hormones and the increase in free radicals, there is damage to muscle fibres, there is also a decrease in energy reserves, as well as the levels of Glutamine, branched amino acids and Vitamin E. When the exercise is finished, our metabolism is more receptive to recovering nutrients and to be able to regenerate the muscular structure and to replace the diminished or exhausted reserves of energy.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE:
