HIGH-POWERED ENERGY GEL. REHYDRATING AND RECOVERY.
CARBOHYDRATES, VITAMINS, MINERALS AND PINE EXTRACT.
Glycogen reserves are depleted as we exercise and after the first hour it is recommended to take a carbohydrate supplement (between 40 to 60 g) to maintain the intensity and lengthen the time of exercise, in addition to the essential hydration.
With gels it is very important the amount and type of carbohydrates we ingest. It is important to take gels which are effectively and efficiently absorbed. The gels with carbohydrates coming from partially hydrolysed starches or maltodextrins, which have a low osmolarity make their absorption faster at intestinal level.
BENEFITS
High potency enriched gel. Provides 24 g of rapidly absorbable carbohydrates (maltodextrin).
Carbohydrates of excellent assimilation, with practically no gastrointestinal problems.
Prevents muscle cramps due to its procyanidin content.
