ANTICATABOLIC AND MUSCLE REGENERATOR. POST MUSCULAR EXERCISE.
POTENT PRECURSOR OF NITRIC OXIDE
HMB stands for ß-hydroxy-ß-methylbutyrate, a natural compound produced during the metabolism of the amino acid leucine (one of the branched-chain amino acids BCAAs). It has been shown to stimulate protein synthesis, reduce muscle recovery time and prevent muscle degradation.
It is recommended to take 60 g of leucine or up to 750 g of high-quality protein per day, to get an effective dose of HMB (3 g per day) through our diet and this food supplement gives the recommended quantity.
BENEFITS
Improves muscle hypertrophy, strength and power as it increases protein synthesis and improves skeletal muscle regeneration.
Improves skeletal muscle recovery and regeneration, in prolonged endurance or high-intensity exercises.
Decreases markers of tissue damage caused by exercise.
Improves muscle strength and performance.
Improves the performance of aerobic muscle contraction and promotes fat loss in endurance athletes, due to its greater energy substrate properties and the improvement of energy metabolism.
Increases strength (between 15-20%) and decreases fat mass (8%) after eight weeks in elite athletes, in conjunction with strength training.
Increases fat loss and prevents the loss of muscle mass, in athletes who are on a calory restricted diet.
Excellent synergistic combination with URSOLIC POWER, GLUTAPOWER, ISOWHEY, WHEY 100, WHEYPRO and POWERMASS.
TYPE OF ATHLETE
Strength and power. Recommended for situations of high muscular wear and especially where there is an important muscular catabolism as a result of high intensity exercise: crossfit, bodybuilding, fitness, disciplines of speed racing or cycling.
The most common types of resistance, in which there is high wear and muscle catabolism due to the workload: cycling, long-distance running, ultra-marathons, trail.
In diet situations to reduce fat, to maintain muscle mass and recovery.
