WHAT BENEFITS DOES IT PROVIDE?

    1. Increased endurance - Carbohydrate supply 

Throughout physical activity, energy levels decrease. To maintain them and provide energy throughout sport, the ENERGY PLUS drink contains a concentrated source of carbohydrates from maltodextrin, which, taken before exercise, recharges glycogen stores to gradually provide more fuel for physical activity, thus improving performance. It also contains fructose, a source of carbohydrates for gradual absorption with a constant and progressive release of energy.

ENERGYPLUS also provides other key ingredients to increase endurance for prolonged exercise. It contains vitamins and minerals necessary for the efficient use of energy sources, to participate in muscle contraction and reduce the effects of oxidative stress.

    2. Reduction of tiredness and fatigue

ENERGY PLUS also includes taurine, which accumulates in muscle and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It contains glutamine, which is necessary for muscle regeneration during and after exercise; and arginine, which prevents the accumulation of lactate and ammonia, both metabolites involved in the development of muscle fatigue,

It also includes tyrosine, which improves cognitive performance, reduces mental fatigue and improves mood.

    3. Preventive hydration

The electrolytes present in the ENERGY PLUS formula facilitate effective hydration before exercise, a very important effect in endurance exercises or where there is heavy sweating.

WHEN AND HOW TO TAKE IT?

The ENERGY PLUS supplement should be taken before the activity for a correct energy supply.

Dissolve one dose in 500ml of water, take 40 minutes before exercise, once a day.
